MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Recruitment activities: 80% of the working time
- Implementing the recruitment of positions related to the field of Information Technology software such as Programmer, Tester, BA
- Performing all tasks related to recruitment: Compose recruitment information, search for candidates, process candidate profiles, contact interviews, negotiate offers, new employees...
- Implement recruitment connection programs and potential recruitment channels.
- Areas of work related to branch office administration: take up 20% of the time
- Perform all HR-related administrative tasks: Socializing the new employees
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
- Graduated from university in HR related field
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and human resource management, preferably in IT recruitment
- Hands-on experience in recruitment related work.
- Confident in communication to be able to directly communicate and interview candidates.
- Understanding of labor law and state legal documents related to work.
- Preference is the experienced applicant in IT field as a recruiter
- Ability to read and understand English or Japanese, write documents if required
