職務内容
- Sales of products and services: the company has 3 packaged software: e-Office, eLearning, Document Management (DMS) and software outsourcing
- Developing and implementing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
- Approaching and utilizing source of new customers in order to discuss business opportunities
- Keeping and maintaining relationship with existing customers
- Presenting solutions and projects to customers to sign contracts
- Drafting the contracts, issuing invoices, liquidating contracts...
- Supporting project team during project implementation
- Supervising and coordinating with the development team, handling issues related to the client's project under management
- Analyzing & forecasting the situation of customers and markets, propose necessary countermeasures in a timely manner
- Personnel with management experience will be appointed as head of department
要件
- Proficient in one of two foreign languages, English or Japanese N2 (required)
- 3+ years of experience in a sales position
- Used to work at Sales position in the field of Information Technology (selling IT solutions, selling packaged software, software outsourcing services)
- Have experience in meeting the sales target in this position
- Have coherent communication skills, sales skills, problem solving skills, good presentation skills
- Preference is the experienced applicant in IT field as a salesperon

- Salary would negotiate according to capacity from 15 million to 25 million + bonus based on sales
